Arizona Model Railroading Society

 The Arizona Model Railroading Society & The Arizona Garden Railway Society, collectively known as AMRS, are located at the Adobe Mountain Desert Railroad Park in northwest Phoenix. The purpose of the Society shall be to promote the hobby of model railroading as a pleasant, educational, leisure-time activity, encourage friendship among modelers of all ages and to educate the membership and the public about railroads in general and model railroading in particular.

National Model Railroad Association

The National Model Railroad Association (NMRA), an organization of model railroaders, advances the worldwide scale model railroading community through education and standards as well as advocacy and fellowship.

Arizona Railway Museum

The Arizona Railway Museum was founded and incorporated in 1983 as a non-profit, educational and historical organization.  The Museum is dedicated to the railways of Arizona and the Southwest.  The interest and fascination of railways and trains has no boundaries and so railways of all kinds are included in the scope of the Museum. The Arizona Railway Museum is a community effort towards the acquisition, restoration, preservation and display of railway equipment, artifacts and mementos related to railways of the past and present.

METRO provides a premier regional rail system that enhances mobility and strengthens the viability of our community.
