We are a family owned and operated business and we appreciate you! We can be flexible in many ways, but some things have to be in black and white so there are no misunderstandings. Thanks for taking the time to read this.
Layaways
We love layaway! The terms are 25% down, you must make at least one payment a month, and the layaway must be picked up within 60 days. However, if a layaway has been left over 90 days it will be put back on the shelf to be sold and unfortunately there will be NO refunds on the deposit or payments.
Returns
Cash refunds may be given with a store receipt, within 30 days of purchase on unused items. After 30 days, regardless of receipt, there is no cash refund on returns, only store credit. We are no longer able to accept returns that are over 90 days old. No cash refunds on credit card purchases. Credit card refunds can only be credited to the card originally used.
Consignment
Anything purchased that is marked either consignment or used are purchased on an "as is" basis. NO REFUNDS of any kind.
Repairs
We repair all scales! Most repairs take 10 days to two weeks. If parts have to be ordered, it can sometimes take longer. In some instances repairs are sent to a local repairman and are back within the same time period. We will call with an estimate before we make repairs if you request it. We will call to let you know when your repair is finished, but repairs left on the shelf over 120 days will be put into the store and sold to recoup the cost of the repair.
